These improvements are maintained by the use of established realistic objectives communication with customers and staff at all levels. Through potential risk identification, review of errors and corrective/preventative actions we can ensure the level of service we provide is continuously kept at the highest level.

Management review meetings are used to establish that previous objectives have been achieved in a timely manner and to introduce new objectives using customer feedback, internal audits, defect reports and corrective and preventative actions.

This review is also used to establish the continued appropriateness & suitability of the Quality Management System as a whole.

Through our vast approved supplier base we can offer large reductions on prices from the Manufacturer whilst not reducing the quality of the parts provided. All work subcontracted to third parties is only through approved EASA or FAA companies. Whilst we realise the need for the highest quality in aviation we also understand the importance of services provided, speed of delivery and customer relations.

Our company policies include: Anti Bribery, Business Continuity, Counterfeit Material Control, Environmental, IT Security, ITAR and EAR, Product Safety, User Access Control and Export Control of Restricted Goods. This ensures all employees are aware and following Company guidelines for the best practice in these areas.

We want all our employees to enjoy their work and they are continuously trained to guarantee they have a brilliant understanding of our business and the services we provide. This helps to ensure a strong working relationship with every one of our customers. Any feedback is taken seriously and acted upon to ensure we maintain a high level of support for all of our customer’s needs.
